QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work within the United States.
* Must have internet access, a laptop, and a dedicated home office space.
* Personal travel experience is a huge plus, as it allows you to bring firsthand knowledge and insights to our clients’ travel plans.
* Multilingual aspirants are encouraged to apply, as it enables us to serve a diverse range of travelers.
* Previous experience with travel booking platforms is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with the tools of the trade.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate all travel arrangements for clients, including domestic and international travel.
* Create personalized and upscale travel booking experiences, conducting meticulous research and crafting detailed itineraries filled with preferred activities.
* Describe vacations and excursions to travelers, providing comprehensive details on necessary documents, such as passports and visas.
* Obtain and maintain all required Travel Agent certifications, ensuring your expertise and professionalism in the industry.
* Follow up with clients regarding travel plans, making adjustments as necessary to exceed their expectations.
* Provide travelers with relevant information, brochures, and publications to enhance their travel experience.
* Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying the joy of travel to our clients.
* Maintain accurate and organized files on clients’ travel information, ensuring seamless coordination.
* Submit weekly reports to keep the team informed and facilitate efficient collaboration.
